Cancellation Policy
Though I strive to confirm client’s appointments 24 hours in advance, it is the pet owner’s sole responsibility to remember their appointment. Furrbusters must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment of any cancellations. This allows me time to try to book a replacement for your vacated appointment. The client will be billed for the full grooming price if 24-hour cancellation notice is not provided. If an emergency cancellation is made there will be a $15 fee added to the next grooming bill. Service may be terminated for repeated cancellations without 24-hour notice.
Late or No-Show Policy
No shows and last-minute cancellations are subject to the full grooming fee. The charge must be paid prior to rescheduling. Pre-payment will be required before another appointment is booked. Please be respectful of our time as I am a by-appointment business, and another client could have taken your appointment if we had known.
Note: Clients that are 15 minutes late or more will have their appointment cancelled and full payment of the missed appointment must be paid to schedule another appointment. If we can take in your dog after 20 minutes a $15 late fee will be added to your bill.
NO FLEA Policy
All dogs coming to the salon must have flea and tick prevention within 30 days of their appointment. Please do no treat dogs with topical flea and tick prevention 24 hours prior to their appointments. Dogs with fleas will be sent home immediately and charged a minimum of $15 for a clean-up fee.
Sick Policy
If you are sick in any form, have been sick within the last 14 days, been in contact with someone with Covid-19, or have a pending Covid-19 test, PLEASE let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your dog’s appointment. Due to Covid, curbside drop off and picks ups only. Please text 502-488-0246 to let me know you’ve arrived.
